We place a great deal of emphasis on the qualifications of the members of our team of installation technicians and we train them regularly. Our technicians not only possess knowledge from the fields of engineering and industrial design, but they are also trained in realising electrical servicing installations. We strictly adhere to the principles of occupational health and safety during our work. This means that our customers can be sure that our installations are always undertaken quickly and well.
If the customer wishes, we can also provide any other construction work which is necessary for the installation of our equipment (masonry and demolition work, rubble removal, the laying of foundations and so on).
GSM CITY s.r.o. has a team of 18 technicians with 10 servicing vehicles which provides warranty and post-warranty repairs of all products from the area of parking and barrier systems, turnstiles, automatic doors and so on and does so throughout the entire Czech Republic + in the border areas of Poland and Germany. If required, we are also able to carry out servicing on equipment from other suppliers (Autogard, AS parking, Indentcode).
The timely discovery of any faults by a service technician will save you significant costs. Regular maintenance is significantly cheaper than having to resolve an emergency. We operate both standard servicing activities with a callout time of 1 - 3 workdays and NON-STOP 24/7 servicing. The NON-STOP service is only provided to customers with a servicing contract.

We offer our customers the option of concluding a servicing contract which guarantees the rapid dispatch of our technicians (within hours) and the quick resolution of any emergency. It makes no difference whether it is at the weekend, on a public holiday or at midnight; we are here for our customers NON-STOP.
This service is especially appreciated by our customers from the industrial sector, for whom every minute of hold-up can mean significant losses.
The servicing contract is charged either at a set monthly fee or using a surcharge on the hourly rate.
